Burger King in Linden

Wasn't cooked properly, e.g. Burger rolls not baked, and unfortunately only suitable for the bin.

Waited more than three quarters of an hour in the drive in to be told that we should place the order inside .. in a normal tone, the effort of about an hour would have been tolerated .. Now unfortunately I have to say that I have this Do not enter the store!

Incredibly unfriendly staff and it has nothing to do with fast food. We stood in the drive-through for 30 minutes, the lady ordering was incredibly annoyed and unfriendly. When we wanted to pick up our order at the window, we were told that the next time we should go to the restaurant with "such a large order" (we ordered for 4 people and we never had a maximum order amount in the drive-in before heard, and they could have told us more kindly). The order wasn't ready after 40 minutes in the drive-in, so we had to go to the parking lot again. Then we went into the restaurant and after three quarters of an hour we finally got our food. That was the third incident of this kind at Burger King Linden and definitely our last visit there!

Really terrible this experience in Linden. Employees stand at the service in private clothing and don't even say hello or anything when ordering. There was only an annoyed "what do you want". They didn't say goodbye either ... In addition, the burgers were cold ...

Sign "maximum 2 people" in front of the entrance door. In the shop, an older woman and 2 young men (obviously friends of the cashier). So 3 people in the shop. Despite the corona rules and Plexi protection in front of the cash register, one of the young men calmly reaches behind the counter and grabs a few napkins and drinking straws! A moment later he goes almost completely behind the counter and giggles with his friend, takes another sip of the cola and eats some french fries! What can you say ....... dirty shop! Never again!!!

No star would be better! Yes Corona is omnipresent but a toilet can and MUST be made available! I wanted to go to the toilet for a moment, it hurt but the staff told me that only pregnant women were allowed to go to the toilet! Very, very lousy people!

This shop doesn't even deserve a star! The rudest staff ever! Ordered by Lieferando, and 45 min BEFORE the store even delivered an order that should come after 2 hours, so enough time, after half an hour we called the first time, the lady said that the supplier was right there Is close and arrives every moment, after another half an hour still nothing, called again, the lady was rude and said it was a construction site right in front of the shop, you know that beforehand ?! I thought the supplier was nearby? She started to get loud and I said on the phone that it would be the last time I ordered there, she said that it doesn't matter to her whether we eat something again or not, all right! After 2 HOURS so 4 hours when we had placed the order, the supplier finally came, actually we shouldn't have accepted it, but we were really hungry, of course the food was cold, didn't look tasty, not even a compensation or anything Discount was included, real dirty shop, this shop should be closed!

Ordered 3 menus and all of them are bad. Burger King is bypassed in any case. This shop should be closed. Image damage at its finest is this invite yourself. Not even deserving one star !!

We now wait 95 minutes for our food. As an exception, the child was allowed to eat Fasfood and had to be fed through something else. Once a year we try it here and still don't get any smarter. Unacceptable waiting times in the restaurant like at Lieferando.

It was actually okay until we discovered the mold on the underside of the burger. The waitress apologized briefly and reimbursed the money without a word. I wasn't hungry that day.

We go there maybe 4 times a year and every time we were there (5 times with last and this year) something was forgotten and that can't be. If you pay for something you should get it, working off a list is not difficult, even a five-year-old child can do it, the statement from the employees "We are a lot of new people here, everyone makes mistakes" doesn't help. I also see that everyone makes mistakes, but how I was treated there when I got the rest of my order. That does not work, the staff was rude on the phone we were yelled at and again in the shop itself. I recommend looking into your bags again. I won't set foot in there again.

The food itself was delicious and the service was kind of nice, but the masks were under the nose or under the chin depending on the condition and the person who prepared the food, which is not possible !!!! 🙄👎

Please update opening times! If you drive out to get something to eat and then, contrary to the Google opening times, find that the shop is closed and you have driven for free, that's very uncool. Yes it is Corona, but others get it baked too.

French fries are very good, otherwise it's good too. Go out and about. I can recommend Burger King.

After waiting 20 minutes in front of the cash register, as only one cash register was open, we left. The cooperation among the employees is a disaster. People yell at themselves in front of customers, stress is spread and there is no structure in the shop and that's why it doesn't work. The people in the drive in got their food much faster than the people in the restaurant. Can't recommend this Burger King at all!

I don't know I mean it's burger king what can you expect really. Service was ok they are a bit in edge but nothing bad. No salt in the fries, that's why I gave it 4 and not 5 stars. Otherwise everything as expected.

Ordered at the drive in and despite copoun everything was fully charged. The reason was '' I have to be quick, you know, I have other customers who are also waiting, you know, you can keep copoun and use it next time ''. The funniest one behind me was none and there wasn't one in the store either (Wednesday at 10:30 p.m.). Anyone who deals with customers in this way should rather think about how one can actually run a business! It wasn't the first time, but it was difinitive the last time. You should report to Burger King headquarters about this branch that they experience the whole thing for themselves.

The first time we were there and wanted to order 2 vegetarian burgers ... We got chicken burgers but we were assured that these burgers were vegan. Next time the three of us were there at night to take something back home. This time it was the right burgers, but all three of us got really bad after dinner, so bad that at least I could hardly move ... That was 2 days ago and it is still noticeable. Unfortunately we won't come to eat there anymore.

One employee not wearing mask and another had his mask over his chin with his nose and mouth exposed. I waited 15 minutes with no customer in front of me while the (seemed to be the manager) was yelling at his employees in Turkish (or some language other than German)...He saw me standing there and never asked me for my order. Another man walked in without a mask. He told him to go get a mask in order to be served. Now I am thinking it's my time. The other man re-entered and he motioned him to the cash register... I felt embarrassed, disrespected, and departed without ordering...

Always a consistently good quality and very friendly staff. Very good location on the motorway and now even with delivery service.

Good food but two stars removed because: 1. lacks the playground other "Burger King" Restaurants have ... ;-( 2. Does not have a Machine for free refills for soft drinks (most other "Burger Kings" have one)

This Burger King is easy to reach from A485. Every time I was there the staff has been competent an well organized. This place could be cleaner though.

Always seems to be under staffed. I always go to the one in Gießen for this reason.

They are really cheap with the food they give you. If you are craving Burger King, don't go to this one.
